Leadership

Pastor Jerome is the lead pastor of Bridge of Life Community Church. He and his wife, Gwen, founded BOLCC in 2006 with two other individuals. Pastor Jerome is ordained through the Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Inc., in Dunn, NC.  He has over 25 years of ministry experience including youth leadership, conference missions board member, and Senior Pastor.  His wife Gwen is the Christian Life and Missions Director overseeing the Building Bridges Youth Center, life groups and mission outreaches at Bridge of Life as well as a registered nurse in oncology.

Wesley and Heather Bullard serves as the Youth Ministry Pastors at Bridge Of Life. Wesley is the son of Lead Pastor Jerome Bullard and has been involved in Youth Ministry for years.  They have 5 children and enjoy spending their time with them.  They love teens and are passionate about connecting them with the love of Jesus Christ. Wesley and Heather were ordained as ministers of the gospel in January of 2021.

Jonathan and Jena Taylor serves as the Tech and Media Pastor at Bridge of Life. Jonathan has been involved with ministry throughout his life, with his father being a minister for the past 40+ years. He and his wife, Jena, serve on the worship team and are apart of the leadership team of ReWired Student Ministry. They lead the illuminated Youth Worship Team with leading worship each Sunday evening of ReWired. Jonathan and Jena have two young girls that keep them on the go. They recently became ordained ministers in January of 2021. 

Joe oversees the finance department at Bridge of Life along with serving on the Advisory Board.  He develops budgets on behalf of the Bridge of Life team alongside our CPA for compliance to law, while providing accountability and guidance for future expansion projects.

Ministry is not a job or a Sunday routine. It's a privilege to be CHOSEN & USED BY JESUS. I'm in it for the outcome. I love all these kids so much, and I try and treat them as if they are my own. I love to hear them sing and worship Jesus. Their little minds absorb so much more than we can comprehend most days. They are our future. I love being in the children's ministry for many reasons but most of all to be apart of life changing events as we teach them about Jesus. I love the relationships we create with the children and their families. I'm humbled that I was given this opportunity to serve, and blessed to have the volunteers we do for these children.
